Do Notes carry over to future appointments?
Yes! Notes for a particular Service for a Client will carry over to all of their future appointments. You can edit them as necessary on the Appointment Card or under the Services tab on the Client Card. -
Yes! All products you use for a particular Service for a Client will carry over to all of their future appointments. You can add and delete products on the Appointment Card or under the Services tab on the Client Card.

How can I adjust the amount I charge for a Client?
Anytime after the appointment has started, from the Appointment Card, 1. Tap on “Record payment & finalize” 2. Tap on “Change” next to the amount 3. Type in the desired amount 4. Tap on “Done” 5. “Confirm” or “Cancel” the price change 6. Tap on “Save & Archive” -
Yes! You can do that from the Client Card. 1. Go to your Clients list 2. Tap on the desird Client 3. Tap on “Services” button 4. Find your desired Service 5. Tap on “Add product” and/or “Add note” to update accordingly

What if my Client doesn’t show up for their appointment?
Tap on “No Show” on the Appointment Card.
