Why isn’t my inventory updated? (Video available)

The inventory will only be automatically updated when you finalize/close Appointment cards. For a list of your open Appointment Cards, please go to “Archive” screen and look for any red dates and finalize the Appointment cards by doing the following steps:

  1. Go to the desired Appointment card
  2. Tap on “Record payment & finalize”
  3. Tap on “Save and archive”
