What is the frequency of the Notifications and Appointment Reminders?
Your Client will receive a notification once an appointment has been scheduled for them. You can customize the # of appointment reminders for each Client (3-days, 24-hours, 1-hour) on their Client Card. The default is a 24-hour reminder. -
When I change a Client’s appointment, do they receive a banner notice like I do?
On the iPhone, if your Client has downloaded the Appointments app and have their Notifications on, they will receive a banner notification and an in-app notification. However, if their Appointments app is open, they will only receive an in-app notification.
