Can I see the list of Services I have provided to a particular Client?
Yes! All Client data is stored on their Client Card 1. Go to your Clients list 2. Tap on the desired Client 3. Tap on “Services” button and you will see all the Services you have provided to that particular Client -
Can I view my Client’s past and upcoming appointments?

Clients must have the MyCue Appointments app installed and use the Search feature. They can find you by searching your name, your business name, your address, the zip code of your location, or your area of expertise.

How do I add a new Client from my phone’s Contacts?
On the bottom tool bar 1. Tap on the “Clients” button 2. Tap on the “+” on the top corner of the screen 3. Tap on “Add from contacts” 4. Enter Client’s data 5. Tap on “Add” on the top corner of the screen -
Tap on Clients Swipe left on the desired client name Tap on “Delete” >>> Caution: When you delete a Client, the history of the Client will also get deleted.

How do I manually add a new Client? (Video available)

The last name is a required field. If you don't know the Client’s last name, please put a character, such as a period "." for the last name. Then you will be able to add the Client. Later, if you wish, you can edit the '.' with your Client's last name.

Is there way to add a profile picture for my clients on their Client card?
The profile picture on the Client card can only be updated by the Client through the MyCue Appointments app. However, you can save up to 10 photos of your client in the private notes section of the Client card by tapping on the camera icon in that section. -
What happens if my client only has a landline phone and not a mobile phone?
Follow the steps for adding a new client and enter the landline number in place of their mobile #. MyCue will confirm their appointments automatically. You will receive a notification that the phone # was undeliverable and to contact the client directly.
